1.About Project β’r

Project β’r is a men’s wellbeing and self-awareness app designed to help users build confidence, self-control, calmness, body awareness, and healthier intimacy through guided daily practices, reflection, progress tracking, audio sessions, education, and habit training.

Project β’r is intended for personal wellness, education, and self-awareness only.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Project β’r.

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

3.No Medical Advice

Project β’r is not a medical product, healthcare service, therapy service, or emergency service.

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition.

Content in the app is provided for general wellness, education, and self-awareness purposes only.

You should not use Project β’r as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, sexual health, or therapeutic advice.

If you have concerns about your physical health, mental health, sexual health, medication, pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, erectile function, ejaculation, or relationship wellbeing, you should consult a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4.Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Project β’r.

You agree to use the app in a safe, lawful, and responsible way.

You should stop any exercise, breathing practice, shower practice, meditation, or other activity if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, emotional distress, or any unsafe reaction.

You are responsible for deciding whether the app’s practices are appropriate for you.

5.App Content

Project β’r may include:

• Guided practices
• Warm-up exercises
• Kegel training
• Audio meditation
• Shower practices
• Daily challenges
• Self-being logs
• Progress tracking
• Educational content
• Private reflection tools
• Exercise library content

We may update, change, remove, or improve content at any time.

We do not guarantee that all content will always be available, unchanged, or suitable for every user.

6.User Data and Privacy

Your use of Project β’r is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7.Subscriptions and Payments

Project β’r may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features and content.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

Available subscription plans may include:

Exact prices, trial availability, billing periods, and subscription terms are shown in the app and in the App Store before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s payment and subscription terms.

8.Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial if offered.

If a free trial is available, it will be shown before purchase.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription through Apple.

You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

9.Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

10.Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Project β’r does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

To request a refund, use Apple’s official refund process.

11.Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use the Restore Purchase feature to restore active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

Access to premium features depends on an active subscription entitlement.

12.Premium Access

Premium features may include:

• Full guided program access
• Premium exercises
• Audio sessions
• Progress insights
• Weekly reflections
• Exercise library replay features
• Educational library content
• Other premium app features

We may change premium features over time.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, fails to renew, or becomes inactive, premium access may be restricted.

13.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Project β'r for unlawful purposes
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit app content
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
• Attempt to bypass subscription access controls
• Upload or submit harmful, abusive, illegal, or infringing content
• Use the app in a way that harms Project β'r, other users, or third-party services
• Misrepresent your age or eligibility

14.Intellectual Property

Project β’r, including its name, design, branding, content, text, graphics, icons, exercises, audio, software, and app experience, is owned by or licensed to Project β’r.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or exploit Project β’r content without permission.

15.User Content and Entries

You may enter personal reflections, logs, notes, check-ins, and other information into the app.

You are responsible for the information you enter.

You should not enter information that you do not want stored or processed according to the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your personal entries, but you allow Project β’r to process them as needed to provide app functionality, insights, storage, and related services.

16.Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Project β’r may request permission to read step count data.

Apple Health access is optional and requires your permission.

You can change Apple Health permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings or Apple Health app.

Project β’r does not use Apple Health data for advertising, sale, or unrelated purposes.

17.Third-Party Services

Project β’r may use third-party services such as Apple App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat, Apple Health, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or customer support tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

18.Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Project β’r available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, App Store issues, or other reasons.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

19.Disclaimer of Warranties

Project β’r is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific results from using the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project β’r will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, personal dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Project β’r harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to Project β’r if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment controls, or use the app unlawfully.

You may stop using the app at any time.

Cancelling a subscription must be done through your Apple ID subscription settings.

23.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date.

If changes are significant, we may provide notice in the app or on our website.

Continued use of Project β’r after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

24.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Depending on your location, you may have consumer rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

Because Project β’r is distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
