Is this app only for men?

Project β'r is designed specifically around men's sexual wellbeing — libido patterns, self-control, body awareness, masculine identity, and intimacy. The audio guidance, training protocols, and education library are written with men aged 18+ in mind, with the core program tuned for ages 25–45.

Is Project β'r a medical or therapy app?

No. Project β'r is a wellness and education app, not a medical device, therapy service, or replacement for licensed care. If you're dealing with a medical or mental-health condition, please speak with a qualified professional. Our content supports self-awareness and healthier habits — not diagnosis or treatment.

What does a daily session look like?

Around 15–20 minutes total: a short warm-up, Kegel training, a daily challenge, an audio meditation, and a brief shower practice — followed by a private Self-Being Log (energy, stress, libido, mood). You complete it in order, then check in.

Project β’r does not access Apple Health data unless you grant permission.

You can change Apple Health permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings or Apple Health app.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information

Project β’r offers in-app subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

We may use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to help manage purchases, subscription status, entitlement access, free trials, renewals, and restore purchase functionality.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple.
